Trainingsinhalte sind abhängig von Ihrer Zielsetzung und Ihren körperlichen Voraussetzungen.

5 Einheiten a 45 Minuten: 395.- Euro brutto  / 10 Einheiten: 759.- Euro brutto

60 Minuten-Einheiten: plus 10.- Euro brutto pro Einheit.   

Je nach Trainingsort können pauschal Fahrtkosten anfallen.

Sie können auch zu zweit trainieren. Dann reduziert sich der Preis pro Person um 20%.

A 10-week randomized trial in well-trained soccer players

A 10-week randomized trial comparing eccentric vs. concentric hamstring strength training in well-trained soccer players

Purpose: 

To compare the effects of a 10-week training program with two different exercises – traditional hamstring curl (HC) and Nordic hamstrings (NH), a partner exercise focusing the eccentric phase – on muscle strength among male soccer players.
Methods: 

Subjects were 21 well-trained players who were randomized to NH training (n=11) or HC training (
n=10). The programs were similar, with a gradual increase in the number of repetitions from two sets of six reps to three sets of eight to 12 reps over 4 weeks, and then increasing load during the final 6 weeks of training. Strength was measured as maximal torque on a Cybex dynamometer before and after the training period.
Results: 

In the NH group, there was an 11% increase in eccentric hamstring torque measured at 60° s−1, as well as a 7% increase in isometric hamstring strength at 90°, 60° and 30° of knee flexion. Since there was no effect on concentric quadriceps strength, there was a significant increase in the hamstrings:quadriceps ratio from 0.89±0.12 to 0.98±0.17 (11%) in the NH group. No changes were observed in the HC group.
Conclusion: 

 NH training for 10 weeks more effectively develops maximal eccentric hamstring strength in well-trained soccer players than a comparable program based on traditional HC.

Fall-Prevention / Sturzprävention

The Prevention of Falls Network Europe

The prevention of injury associated with falls in older people is a public health target in many countries around the world. Although there is good evidence that interventions such as multifactorial fall prevention and individually prescribed exercise are effective in reducing falls, the effect on serious injury rates is unclear

Historically, trials have not been adequately powered to detect injury endpoints, and variations in case definition across trials have hindered meta-analysis

It is possible that fall-prevention strategies have limited effect on falls that result in injuries or are ineffective in populations who are at a higher risk of injury. Further research is required to determine whether fall-prevention interventions can reduce serious injuries.
Prevention of Falls Network Europe (ProFaNE) is a collaborative project to reduce the burden of fall injury in older people through excellence in research and promotion of best practice (http://www.profane.eu.org).

The European Commission funds the network, which links clinicians, members of the public, and researchers worldwide. The aims are to identify major gaps in knowledge in fall injury prevention and to facilitate the collaboration necessary for large-scale clinical research activity, including clinical trials, comparative research, and prospective meta-analysis. Work is being undertaken in a 4-year program.

As a first step, the development of a common set of outcome definitions and measures for future trials or meta-analysis was considered.
